Exercise and Flexibility Improvement

Maintaining flexiblity and mobility is key to preventing injuries, especially for athletes and active individuals.  Overuse, poor posture, and muscle imbalances can reduce flexibility, leading to compensatory movements and potential injuries.  Loss of flexibility may also result in scar tissue formation, which can contribute to joint degeneration over time.
